Neighborhood: WaterSound - Nestled behind a gated community, the miniature golf course is a two-minute walk from the house. Clubs and balls can be borrowed from the front gate/security office. - 30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida's famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you'll find white sands, azure views, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. - Local Attractions: St. Andrews State Park, Camp Helen State Park, Ms. Newby's and Runaway Island (karaoke), Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Water Planet, Little Village Waterfront Shopping Market, SkyWheel, Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

Parking information

- A maximum of two vehicles can park onsite. - On-street parking is prohibited. Please limit all parking of vehicles, trailers, RVs, etc to the space available on the property - Guests may not park boats or watercraft in the driveway or anywhere in public view. Violations will be ticketed.

Things you need to know

Bedroom 5 and its en-suite bathroom are located in the casita (guest house).

Our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Pool heat is not available between 4/1 and 10/1.
  • Per Watersound Beach Association regulations, guests are not permitted to use rental golf carts at this property.
  • Guests with reservations of 2 to 14 nights at participating AvantStay properties will receive a credit towards beach gear rentals during your stay.
  • From mid-spring to early fall, beach gear inventory - especially bicycles - are in high demand and may be limited. We recommend reserving your gear as early as possible.
  • Credit is applicable to guest reservations of 2 to 14 nights only. There is no cash value if the credit is not used.
  • Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
  • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
  • If you exceed the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation without approval, we are entitled to require you to vacate and remove from the Accommodation in a manner consistent with applicable law and you may be subject to additional fees.
  • Guest and registered guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission
  • Accessing neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
  • Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing an antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
  • Please be advised that Guests staying at any Property located in an HOA community, or similar, are required to follow local rules, ordinances, or regulations.
  • The use of swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas, docks, ponds, lakes, beaches and any accessory or related equipment, while providing exercise, recreation, and relaxation can be inherently dangerous. You and your guests are strongly cautioned to adhere to the following safe practices:
  • No diving into the pool hot tub or spa;
  • No intoxicated persons may use the pool hot tub or spa;
  • No use of glass containers by the pool;
  • No one should use the pool hot tub or spa alone;
  • Children may never be left unattended when they gain access to the pool, hot tub, or spa, not even for a few seconds.
  • You and your guests agree to assume liability for pool, hot tub, or spa use, dock use, and any use of any body of water on the Property, including the use of any related accessories or equipment such as diving boards, pool floaties, etc. No Lifeguard will be on duty - you and your guests will swim at your own risk.
  • You are aware that hazardous road conditions do exist and agree to operate the bicycle in a safe manner, including but not limited to, wearing a helmet at all times while operating the bicycle. In the event that any bicycle is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, you agree to pay all costs of repair or replacement.
  • To prevent any damage to the HVAC system, the A/C thermostat may not be lowered below 72 degrees Fahrenheit at any time during your stay at the Property.
