Neighborhood: Miramar Beach - Three-minute golf cart ride to the beach. - Conveniently stroll to local shops and restaurants, or take advantage of the provided golf cart for easy transportation.
Parking information
- The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. For additional parking, please use only designated parking spots in the community by the mailboxes. Please do not block streets or sidewalks. - Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk.

We loved everything about this house. We had more than enough room for eight adults and three children under 5 years old. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses and utensils. The electric golf cart was really convenient to get around town and beach. I highly recommend this rental and would stay again.

Things you need to know
Guests are welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).
Starter packs are provided including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent. Purchase additional items at any local store depending on length of stay.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No smoking or vaping in the house, balconies, yard, driveway, or anywhere on the property.
- The maximum number of guests cannot exceed the “sleeps” number or the maximum number above due to the fire code and an agreement with our owners.
- No pets are allowed due to our homes being hypoallergenic.
- Violation of the above will result in guests having to leave the property with forfeiture of monies paid.
