KEY Curation Notes

Free bike rentals are included for week-long stays. A bike company delivers and retrieves at the property, making it easy to reach 30A's trail system without renting a car.

The beach requires a short drive, not a walk. Public Gulf access is available at the West End of Panama City Beach, a few minutes by car; it's uncrowded compared to the high-rise corridor but not within walking distance.

Lake Powell is just blocks away. One of Florida's rare coastal dune lakes, it's accessible from the neighborhood and open for kayaking and paddleboarding.

The fenced private yard adds real outdoor space. A covered patio, gas grill, and generous green space behind a tall privacy fence make the outdoor area functional for groups.

Parking for up to four vehicles is on-site. Worth noting for multi-family trips arriving by car.

Washer and dryer are in-unit. Useful for longer stays or beach-heavy trips with gear to clean.

This place was very nice! We had no issues arise for the duration of our stay. There are a lot of stores and restaurants near, which was very convenient! It was also very close to the beach. We would stay here again if the opportunity to visit the area comes again!

Guests & Occupancy

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve and check in unless approved in writing. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
The guest is responsible for all occupants, reservation charges, payment compliance, and adherence to all rental policies.
Property may only be used for vacation purposes. Valid photo ID, selfie, and names of all occupants are required.

Equipment & Amenities

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee upon approval and subject to availability, and are generally unavailable during peak periods unless confirmed by the reservation team.

Reservations are subject to management and property owner approval.
Specific homes, unit assignments, furnishings, décor, views, and amenities cannot be guaranteed and may change prior to arrival.
Management reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations if the reserved property becomes unavailable due to maintenance issues, property sale, owner withdrawal, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond management's control. If comparable accommodations are unavailable, guests will receive a full refund.
Check-in readiness may be delayed due to cleaning, maintenance, inspections, or unforeseen operational issues. Refunds, credits, or rate adjustments will not be provided for delayed access.
Management reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse reservations affected by pricing inaccuracies, software integration errors, occupancy conflicts, or failed/declined payment transactions.
