Gulf views from every level. The east balcony captures the Western Green and Gulf at sunrise; the west balcony faces open sky for sunset. The master suite has its own private sitting balcony overlooking Main Street and The Pearl Hotel.
Both bedrooms have ensuite baths, a king master with soaking tub and a queen with twin trundle, each on its own level with private balcony access. The upper floor adds a fireplace and newly remodeled kitchen.
The elevator reaches the 3rd floor entry only. Interior stairs are required to access the kitchen and living areas on the 4th floor. Worth noting for anyone with mobility considerations.
Passes to all four Rosemary Beach community pools and all nine beach walkovers included.

This property is not suitable for younger children.

Please bring your own beach and/or pool towels as we do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the unit.

With a complimentary set of amenities including one roll of paper towels per kitchen sink, two dishwasher tablets per property, two kitchen trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and one small sample of each of the following per full bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and/or bar hand soap. You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.
