We had a fabulous time in Keystone for a long weekend in June. The Condo was fabulous and had plenty of space for 4 couples. We loved that everything was centrally located and we could walk to many shops and restaurants. The check in and check out process was very easy. The pools and hot tubs were great for relaxation and the balconies at the condo provided good views of the mountains and River Run village.

85% Refund: Receive a 85% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 90 days before check-in.

75% Refund: Receive a 75% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.

50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 89 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds subject to a 15% processing fee of the total.

Things you need to know

Ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding are provided.

We offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay.

For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.

If your stay is four days or longer, upon request we will refresh your towels at no additional charge. Towel Refresh services take place between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily.

If you wish to have additional cleanings, we offer Light Cleans and Mid-stay Cleans. We will be happy to arrange this at an additional cost and with at least 24 hours' notice. (This service may not be available during the high season.)

If you are traveling from out of state, then travel insurance is highly recommended. Our company will offer travel insurance to you when you make your reservation and you may choose to accept or decline.
Rest assured that this home is professionally managed. We provide cleaning services, regular maintenance, lock-out service, and 24/7 emergency call service.
Dirty linens must be returned to a centralized location.
Please be aware that we hold guests accountable for unreasonable wear and tear or damage.
In the event, that you lose your keycard and need emergency assistance due to your negligence (e.g., late-night forgetfulness due to consumption of adult beverages) we may assess a trip charge. Call us and we will assist you 24/7 in regaining access to your accommodations.
