My wife and I had a great time staying in the completely remodeled Condominium. We were their first guests after the renovations! The owners did an excellent job of totally refreshing this sun-filled unit. The building is only 1 block from the gondola. You are close to everything, all the offerings of the town of Telluride, and a short walk to the gondola for a quick beautiful ride over to Mountain Village. We were so satisfied that we are already planning another week-long trip for February 2023 to stay in the same unit.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • The Property shall not be used for commercial purposes without the express written authorization of the Rental Agent.
  • Guest(s) shall not violate any criminal or civil law, ordinance, or statutes in the use and occupancy of the Property, commit waste or nuisance, annoy, molest, or interfere with any neighbor or other occupant of Telluride or violate the rules and regulations of Telluride, including the use, possession, production or sale of illegal drugs.
  • No repairs, decorating, or alterations shall be done by the Guest.
  • Events are not allowed unless approval is granted in writing. Any such action may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement as provided herein and by law.
  • Smoking anywhere on the premises of the Property (inside or outside) is strictly prohibited at all times. Smoking includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana products.
  • Pools and hot tubs are serviced prior to Guest arrival. The rental Agent recommends showering prior to using to maintain clean water and avoid draining/refilling during the Guest stay. The use of hot tubs, pools, saunas, spas, and steam rooms within the Property is at the Guest's own risk.
  • Wearing ski boots inside the Property is strictly prohibited, except in entryways, ski rooms, and mudrooms. Guests are also requested to refrain from wearing shoes inside the Property.
  • Guest shall be responsible for ensuring that any invitee complies with all provisions of this Agreement applicable to the conduct of Guest while using the Property. Guest shall be liable, and Rental Agent and/or the property owner shall have the right to recover in law or equity for any act or omission by Guest’s invitee in violation of the terms of this Agreement as if such act or omission had been performed by Guest.
  • There is a possibility that various construction projects that may be ongoing during your stay that we have no control over. You will be notified of any construction projects in the vicinity of the Property that may impact the Property at the time of booking.
  • Rental Agent and Rental Agent's employees, contractors, and agents will have the right to enter the Property at any time in case of emergency.
