50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 35 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 34 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
The guest has access to the entire property except the garage is not for use.
Pool heating is available upon request for $90/day. Our pool maintenance technician comes every Monday and Thursday to maintain the pool and the gardener every Thursday.
Linens and towels are provided.
Long term stays are allowed.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Maximum of 10 guests allowed at the property at all times.
- Guests must provide accurate and truthful booking information and are responsible for complying with all house rules.
- The property is for residential lodging purposes only.
Events & Noise
- Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Music must be kept at a respectful volume. No outdoor music is permitted after 10:00 PM.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets are not permitted. Service animals are allowed in accordance with Airbnb policy. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times, may not be left unattended, are not permitted on the upstairs level, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Indoor smoking violations will incur a $250 fee.
- Any false booking information, unauthorized use, or violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Equipment & Amenities
- Pool use is not allowed after 10 PM. Sliding doors leading to the pool must remain closed after this time.
Checkout & Care
- Please report any pre-existing damages upon check-in.
- Stained or damaged towels and pillow covers will incur a $35 replacement fee per item. Stained or damaged sheets or duvet covers will incur a $200 replacement fee per item.
- Excessive mess requiring cleaning beyond standard turnover will incur a $200 deep cleaning fee.
- Minor accidental damages are generally not charged; larger damages will be reviewed and resolved fairly with guests before departure.

- Failure to comply with occupancy limits, event restrictions, booking requirements, or other house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
