KEY Curation Notes

No direct beach access from Prominence — the nearest public access point is a half to one mile away; the included six-seat golf cart and four bikes are the practical way to get there.

Community pool and The Big Chill are directly across the street — the zero-entry pool is steps from the front door, and the entertainment complex with restaurants, a gastro pub, and boutique shops is walkable.

Two resort-style community pools — one zero-entry, one heated seasonally; heating is subject to HOA schedule and can change without notice.

Second bedroom sleeps four on its own — queen bed plus a twin/twin bunk; the king primary has an en-suite bath, and the second bedroom has its own bath as well.

Beach chairs and beach toys included — stocked for use during your stay alongside the golf cart and bikes.

Complimentary daily golf included year-round, plus dolphin cruise vouchers March through October.

One parking spot per unit — confirm with the PM if bringing more than one vehicle.

Things you need to know

We supply a startup supply of soap, toilet tissue, and dish washing detergent. All units are supplied with a trial size shampoo.

Bed and bath linens, blankets and pillows are all provided.

Kitchens are fully equipped with cooking essentials.

Please bring your own beach towels and do not use the bath towels at the pools or beach.

WIFI can accommodate an average of 3 devices. Because individual device settings may not be compatible with the internet service settings in the property, we cannot guarantee the reliability or connectivity of internet service.

Pool heated seasonally is subject to change at any time by the HOA for the community.

Restrictions

Please leave the condominium reasonably clean and in damage free order. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is not left in reasonable order.
Please start the dishwasher upon departure, clean off all food from kitchen utensils and cookware.
Trash must be secured in a plastic bag and disposed of in the conveniently located trash chute on each floor.
Please gather all bed linens and leave them on top of the bed. Please leave all towels on the bathroom floor.
Re-arrangement of existing furniture is prohibited and may be cause for additional fees charged to your credit card.
Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
The property is not responsible for items left behind.
Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our rental units, including balconies and porches. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
