AMAZING. The house was planned with such thought (for ski season). First the awesome ski changing area. It's a locker room where everyone has their space for all gear. Forgot to mention the two way fireplace in this room that goes out to the hot tub. There is a separate board/ski room for dropping off gear and boots. Kitchen / dining room / great room on the main floor has all the space you need. Downstairs puts the cherry on top. Bar area with pool table, poker table, and another lounging area with TV and fireplace. Two masters, two queen rooms, a bunk room with 8 Queen size bunks. I could go on and on. Twenty yard walk to the slopes and on the way home, you could open a door and ski right into the house! Will definitely stay at this house every time we ski Breck.

Home can accomodate a maximum of 14 adults or 16 total with children.
A stay at Ski Hi Lodge also provides access to the amenities of One Ski Hill Place. Guests can enjoy the resort’s free private shuttle service, swimming pool, bowling alley, media rooms, fitness facility, restaurant, and après ski bar.

Usage of the fire pit may be prohibited by local fire restrictions. In addition, fire pits are not usable during winter months due to snow and ice accumulation.
This property comes with fully stocked paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, napkins), soap products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap), and detergents (laundry and dishwasher) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Availability of firepits and/or fireplaces may be limited and usage is at your own risk. River Ridge Rentals and the homeowner cannot be held liable or responsible for injuries or damage that may be incurred, regardless of cause. Only permanent fire pits that have been inspected and permitted by the fire department are allowed. Note that even permitted fire pits are not allowed during times of high fire danger, fire restrictions, or fire advisories.
- Please observe all local laws including noise ordinances as well as any association rules and regulations governing the use of the property you are occupying. Failure to comply could result in citations, fines, and/or eviction.
- Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted on any property. If evidence is found that smoking has occurred, you will be charged a $500 fine as well as any costs associated with the damages caused and/or the removal of the odor.
- Please see the Hot Tub Instructions located in the home. If the hot tub is found to be excessively dirty upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $100 to drain and refill. Hot tub failures and breakdowns can happen. Every effort will be made to correct the situation; however, no refunds or rate adjustments will be made.
- We cannot be held liable for any outages that may occur. In addition, we are not responsible for any issues that occur with your equipment as a result of using the provided internet service.
- We are not liable for any lost items. If items are found and claimed, a $25 service fee will be due at the time of shipping plus the cost of shipping. If items are not claimed, items will be disposed of accordingly after two weeks.
- Open to hosting large family dinners and such but ONLY if the amount of people (including the staff) is within the maximum occupancy that is listed on the home details info. So 25 people max home would allow a family dinner for 25 people including the chef/staff. They have 0 options for more than 30 people.
- There is a $1,000 fine if the furniture is found to have been moved.
