Things you need to know
The guest house operates as a fully independent living structure — connected to the main residence by a heated year-round walkway, but private enough to function on its own. Ideal for extended family, a caretaker, or guests who want separation without distance.
No ski-in/ski-out access. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a short drive from the property.
Wildlife is regularly present across the 75-acre estate. Guests should follow common-sense distancing and never approach or feed any animal.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Overnight occupancy may not exceed the home's sleeping capacity. Total guests on the property at any time, including gatherings, may not exceed 1.5× the home's sleeping capacity.
- Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, HOA/neighborhood rules, and maintaining the property in good condition throughout their stay.
- The property is for residential use only. Do not disturb neighboring properties or create a nuisance.
Events & Noise
- Parties, dinners, or other gatherings must not exceed the home's sleeping capacity.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire prior to booking.
- Smoking is not permitted on the property.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Do not install or alter locks, security systems, or access codes. Do not erect tents, RVs, campers, teepees, or other temporary shelters on the property.
