KEY Curation Notes

Beach access is 0.4 miles away via the private community roads of The Ivy at Inlet Beach. To reach the beach from there, you'll need to cross a busy four-lane highway (Hwy 98 / 30A) — there are no traffic lights at the crossing. Golf cart, bikes, or on foot are all viable; plan accordingly for kids and gear.

Golf cart and 4 bikes are included. The cart is street-legal within The Ivy and can be used for beach runs, dinner out in Rosemary Beach, and exploring neighboring communities. Golf carts are not permitted in Rosemary Beach proper — bikes or walking only once you're in town.

The community pool is directly next door, with a poolside deck, water jets, outdoor kitchen with grill, and a 70" TV at the pool deck. No pool at the home itself.

Multi-level layout with a lot of stairs — noted consistently. Not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps 12. King with en-suite on the top floor; queen with en-suite on the main level; a full/full bunk room and a daybed/twin-trundle room on the lower level. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Garage TV lounge and bar, mud room for beach storage, gas grill on the main deck, and outdoor shower round out the outdoor/utility setup. Beach gear (umbrella, chairs, wagon, noodles, boogie board) included per current guests.

Starter supplies only — basic toiletries, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before you arrive.

Free activities included: one daily round of golf at four area courses year-round, and one dolphin cruise/snorkel voucher per day March–October.

Things you need to know

Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities: (like hotel but NOT restocked) trial-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed and bath linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided.

Please bring your own beach towels and do not use bath towels at the pools or beach.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Re-arrangement of existing furniture is prohibited and may cause for additional fees charged to your credit card.
Pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent in addition to additional cleaning charges of $500. This is strictly enforced.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our rental homes and condo units, including balconies and porches. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
Use of barbecue grills is not permitted in any apartment or condo property. Many condominium complexes have community barbeques located on the premises. It is a violation of the fire code to do so and can result in eviction.
Only guests registered with KEY may occupy the rented property. No other guests are permitted inside or to stay overnight without prior written permission. The number of occupants cannot be more than the state amount as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
KEY is not responsible for any personal belongings of the vacationer or their party.
There are no refunds for inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to air conditioning, power, cable, internet/wi-fi, elevator, pools, hot tubs or construction projects. No refunds or credits will be made to guests for weather-related issues or closures, including hurricanes and/or mandatory evacuations.
WI-FI Internet is available and will accommodate an average of 3 devices per unit. Because individual device settings may not be compatible with the internet service settings in the property, we cannot guarantee the reliability or connectivity of internet service. Limited tech support.
The maximum number of guests per home is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that home or condo unit. Children under 3 years of age do not apply. For your comfort, bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
