Our multi-generational family (ages 8-80) had an AMAZING time at this beautiful beach house! The house is very spacious and provided plenty of bedroom and 'hang out' space for everyone in our family. The exterior was so nice we spent most of our beach vacation just hanging out at the pool. The location is excellent, with the beach just a short block away, which allowed us to come and go as we pleased rather than hauling EVERYTHING to the beach for the whole day. The house had a number of features that made it extra special for our family, including: an elevator for the older folks in our group, a spacious and well-appointed kitchen (including a second fridge), plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms, and an enclosed garage space which provided a spot for us to store suitcases, beach toys, etc. We normally rent different houses every vacation but this is one we would definitely come back to in a heartbeat!

Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.
Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.
We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.
Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.
Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.
Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

- Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
- Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
- Elevator: Not available, remains locked
- Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk
