Walk, bike, or drive to the Isle of Palms town center or Marina for lunch, dinner, or a sunset intercostal water cruise. Whether you want to enjoy the water, play golf, explore the charm of Charleston and its world-class dining, or simply unwind on the beach, Palms Paradise is ideal for your unforgettable vacation.

We stayed here for 6 nights in mid-February. The property was immaculate and the location was wonderful. We are a family of 4 so this house had much more space than we needed. For a summer stay it would be great to share with friends or family. We loved the open living/dining/kitchen, the three porches to choose from, and the heated pool. The large dedicated laundry space was so helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, and cooking utensils. There were also charging stations with plugs and USB ports conveniently placed around the house and bedrooms. The temperature was low 60s when we visited and my two boys had no qualms about swimming in the heated pool although it was not warm enough for the adults. The walk to beach is easy and just across the street. When I had questions about the property prior to booking, they were answered quickly. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would absolutely stay here again.

All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Do not use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
- Occupancy limits for the property, which is set by the City of Isle of Palms is people over the age of two years old.
- No fraternities, schools, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed unless the Owner grants prior approval.
- Guest agrees to compensate owner for any damages above and beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning requirements, and/or missing or broken household items.
- Guests must obtain permission from the Owner to have pets on the Rental Property. If permission is not given by the Owner, any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Under no circumstances are pets allowed in pools or hot tubs. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Guests must inform the Owner of their intention to bring children and the specific number. A child is defined as any person under the age of 18.
- No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc.
- No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
- Guest is responsible for all shipping costs for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 30 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.
- If a hot tub or pool is provided at the Rental Property, it will be prepared and tested for proper and safe chemicals prior to or on the day of occupancy.
- Misuse of a hot tub or pool by the spilling of foreign substances into the pool, i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass, or metal will result in a Service Call Charge at the sole discretion of Owner.
- If linens or towels are rented from Owner or supplied with Rental Property, Guest is responsible for lost or damaged items at the cost of two (2) times the published standard rental price for such damaged or lost linens or towels.
- The Rental Property may offer access to recreational and water activities, including but not limited to canoes, bicycles, and swimming. Guest fully understands and acknowledges that outdoor recreational and water activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. Participation in such activities and/or use of equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
- House parties are not allowed as restricted by the City of Isle of Palms. Occupancy and use of the premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend other guests, neighbors, or local businesses.
- All guests must comply with the Rules and Regulations published by the City of Isle of Palms.
