Dreamweaver is a stunning new single-story home located in the prestigious gated community of The Lodges at Eagles Nest. This pet-friendly retreat, within walking distance of the Sportsman Lodge & Grille and Eagles Nest Winery, offers magical sunrise mountain views and custom finishes throughout. The fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and an oversized island, is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Relax in the great room on the leather sofa and club chairs, enjoy your favorite shows on the TV, or cozy up by the gas log fireplace with a good book. The primary bedroom features a king suite with a TV and a private bathroom boasting double granite vanities and an oversized tiled walk-in shower. A second king suite, also with a private bath, and a third bedroom with built-in bunk beds ensure ample space for everyone. The outdoor area is designed for enjoyment, with a private open-air deck, a large lounging area with a custom fire table, and a propane grill for dining with a view. The newly installed firepit and the serene surroundings, complete with deer frolicking by the creek, create a perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments at Dreamweaver.

KEY Curation Notes

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep up to eight, with a king suite on the main level.
Long-range mountain views extend from the main living space and deck. The open-air deck has a custom fire table, outdoor dining, and a propane grill. A separately situated firepit provides an additional outdoor gathering spot.
The Eagles Nest community amenity fee is billed separately at $35 per night, capped at $175. Included access covers hiking and biking trails, ATV trails (on-site rentals through Off Road Adventures — personal machines not permitted at the gate), pickleball, tennis, basketball, disc golf, ropes course, mini-golf, playground, and the summer concert amphitheater (admission not included). Eagles Nest Winery day passes are $25 per person.
4WD or AWD is required November through March, and chains may be necessary on some access roads in winter.
Active construction is ongoing in several Eagles Nest neighborhoods. Noise is possible Monday through Saturday, 7am–7pm.
Cell reception is limited on some roads within the community; the home has internet.
Starter supplies are minimal — KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before your arrival.

Things you need to know

Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You'll receive two wrapped bundles and firestarter for $25 per night plus tax.

The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.

Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.

Please note that this home have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

Kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals.

Towels and linens will be provided.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Age requirements: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on-site for the full stay.
  • Maximum occupancy: Occupancy limits (including children) must not be exceeded at any time.
  • Guest accountability: The booking guest is responsible for all occupants, compliance with rules, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized guests: $25 per person per day for exceeding occupancy; may result in immediate removal.
  • Approved use of property: Use is limited to vacation purposes unless prior written approval is obtained. Subletting or assignment is not permitted without written approval.

Events & Noise

  • Events & gatherings: Not permitted without prior written approval; unauthorized events may result in fines, immediate removal without refund, and charges for damages/cleaning.
  • Noise restrictions: Must comply with local noise regulations at all times.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Allowed only in designated homes with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning fee; may require removal or termination without refund. Pets must meet all listing restrictions and be pre-treated for pests.
  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $300 smoke remediation fee.
  • Illegal activities: Any violation of laws or regulations is prohibited and may result in termination of stay.
  • Fireworks & firearms: Strictly prohibited at all times.
  • Fire/fireplace misuse: No burning wood in gas fireplaces. No roasting food in fireplaces. Unauthorized outdoor fires prohibited (fees apply).
  • EV charging: Prohibited unless specifically approved; $500 fine.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Seasonal requirements: (if applicable) 4WD/AWD and/or tire chains strongly recommended November–April; no refunds for lack of preparation.
  • Hot tubs _(if equipped)_: Use at your own risk; not suitable for individuals with infections or open wounds. Must follow all sanitation and usage rules (no additives, glass, or tampering). $500 fee for cover damage; additional fees for misuse or extra cleaning.
  • HVAC & utilities: Some homes may not have air conditioning; no refunds due to weather or lack of AC.
  • Internet/TV/phone: No refunds for outages or service issues. Pay-per-view is prohibited; charges will be billed if used. Long-distance calls must not be billed to the home.
  • Appliances & equipment: No refunds for malfunctions (TV, hot tub, appliances, etc.).
  • Equipment reporting: Issues must be reported promptly; repairs will be attempted but are not guaranteed.
  • Parking rules: Vehicle limits apply; some areas restrict motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. No roadside parking if prohibited.
  • Restricted areas: Locked closets/areas are off-limits.
  • Firewood: Available for purchase ($25/day) with 7-day advance notice.

Checkout & Care

  • Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM (may vary up to 5:00 PM depending on home/season). No early check-in guarantees or compensation.
  • Checkout: By 10:00 AM.
  • Key return: $25 fee for lost keys.
  • Cleaning expectations: Leave the property in reasonable condition. Bag and dispose of trash, start dishwasher, and place used towels as instructed.
  • Furniture & home care: Maintain cleanliness and avoid unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
  • Supplies: Starter supplies only; additional items must be purchased by guests.
