Our group of 13 (8 adults, 3 kids) spent a wonderful time at this marvelous villa which was just perfect for us. The setup of 7 bedrooms worked so well and allowed activities to continue as various aged children headed off to bed. The hot tub and pool were used constantly when we were home. The villa is well furnished and everyone enjoyed both the games room and the media room. Sunrises viewed from the poolside rooms were appreciated. The caretaker was responsive and the few little issues we had were addressed. Use of the business centre and fitness centre at nearby Silver Thatch made our vacation even better. We had some quite windy days but the pool made up for lack of beach time. When we did get out snorkelling the kids were thrilled with all the conch shells and the reef was aways out but certainly not deep! We had such a great time and highly recommend this villa for large groups.

Things you need to know
The owner does not charge an extra fee for spa heat. The pool itself is not heated--even the Ritz-Carlton and Westin hotels do not heat their pools in winter this far south.
Weddings and events may be permitted. An event fee and an additional refundable damage deposit apply.
The owner is deeply involved in Veteran charities and pledges all profits from this villa to those charities each year (plus his own financial support).

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Maximum occupancy is 14. It cannot host more than 12 adults.
- The closer you get to Rum Point, usually the sandier the beach as well as the swimming. Either way, with the abundant marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.
- All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high-water mark.
- The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
- Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
- Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
- Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.
