Things you need to know

The top-floor suite does not have a door.

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Rental includes linens, beach towels, iron, all applicable detergents and soaps, and a starter pack of paper products.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Street parking is not allowed.
Three days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
