For the money, you can’t beat this location. It’s about 20 minutes from Breckenridge and about an hour and a half from Denver. To me it had all the amenities available very clean even though it’s outdated it was quiet and comfortable and just what me and my friends needed. Love the outdoor Fire pit to just sit around and relax. The community pool and Jacuzzi were a bonus. It had everything you needed in it washing machine dryer great kitchen set up grilling options and very comfortable beds. Would totally book again.

Guests of this home have access to the shared pool and hot tub at Soda Spring. Just grab the keycards hanging in the dining area and walk over to the Soda Spring clubhouse.
This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. Our ultra-premium linens feature extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet.
This property is fully furnished with the normal appliances and utensils necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. All items must be left in the property. An initial supply of bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towels, coffee, dishwashing soap and trash bags are provided. If you are staying for an extended time (typically more than 3 days), you will likely need to purchase additional supplies from a local store. Food products are not provided by the company. This includes spices, sugar, flour, bottled water, drink products and any other food additive. This policy is for your safety. If you find food products in the property, you agree to use them at your own risk. If you feel the property is lacking any items such as dishes, glasses, silverware or other customary items in a stocked property, please advise us immediately.

Guests & Occupancy
- The primary guest must occupy the property for the entire reservation and is responsible for all accompanying guests.
- Occupancy may not exceed the property’s advertised maximum at any time.
- Guests may include responsible adults and children under the primary guest’s direct supervision.
Events & Noise
- Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.
- Loud noise is prohibited at all times. Music must not be audible beyond the interior walls, and voices on balconies, decks, hot tubs, driveways, and other outdoor areas must remain at conversation level without disturbing neighbors.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property and anywhere on the exterior premises.
Equipment & Amenities
- Vehicles must use designated parking spaces and display required permits prominently on the dashboard. Vehicles violating parking rules may be towed and subject to fines.
- If vehicles exceed available spaces, guests must arrange paid off-site parking, which may be several miles from the property.
- Inspect the property upon arrival and immediately report any deficiencies.
Checkout & Care
- Excessive cleaning is charged at $50 per 30-minute labor increment. This may include unwashed kitchenware, excessive soiling, or abused outdoor areas.
- Leave furniture in its original location and avoid excessive soiling of towels, linens, pillows, and furnishings.
- Remove trash from the property and balconies/decks, and leave grill and firepit areas _(if equipped)_ in proper condition.
- Light and mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee with at least 24 hours’ advance scheduling, subject to seasonal availability.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Properties are located approximately 7,000–11,000 feet above sea level and may experience extreme winter temperatures, high winds, and frequent seasonal rain.
- Keep doors and windows securely closed when away. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property’s interior temperature and preventing weather-related damage, including freezing, flooding, or rain intrusion.
