My husband and I , our children and grandchildren gathered for thanksgiving for the first time in years and your home was the perfect place for it. The accommodations were perfect , everyone had their own spaces. The main living area was large enough to accommodate 11people without feeling crowded. The only issue we had is that the fireplace was not operable. I personally thought they had enough time to repair it before our arrival since I was told in September that it was inoperable , they had more than 2 months to get it fixed. Other than that our stay there was great!

There is no air conditioning inside Wolf Ridge Retreat. The average summertime highs rarely exceed 75 degrees.
The driveway is steep, so it's best to arrive in the daytime.
This property is cleaned and disinfected to the highest degree, and we strive to keep our homes free of insects and other pests to the extent possible.
This property is stocked with an initial supply of bathroom and cleaning essentials.
Restrictions
- 4 night minimum required for all holidays & special events / Full week rentals required from Memorial Day-Labor Day annually (Saturday-Saturday)
- Please note that the home is located in a very private, upscale, quiet and exclusive neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their neighborhood. Quiet hours must be adhered to 7 days a week: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
- This is a non- smoking rental. Smoking inside of the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Please take great care to dispose of ashes only when they are cool and place them in a designated receptacle or area.
- The property is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or left behind during your stay. If anyone in your group leaves an item behind, and notifies us of the loss, we are happy to facilitate its return to you.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
