Our family of six adults loved this house! We had plenty of room to relax, cook, sleep, play, do laundry, etc. The pool area is fabulous, the beds are comfortable, the master suite is spacious, the decks and balconies are relaxing, the living room is cozy, and the bikes and golf cart are so much fun! The beach is just a hop and a skip down the street. The outlet stores are within walking distance. We enjoyed some great restaurants, too. We would definitely book this home again!

Things you need to know

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge and stove.

Rental includes linens, towels, iron, soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

One day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD50 per day must be paid prior to check-in. You can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Restrictions

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out.
