Neighborhood: Breckenridge Ski & Racquet Club - Sits less than a mile from all Breckenridge has to offer, with the QuickSilver lift less than a mile away and the BreckConnect Gondola about 1.2 miles away. Best of all, the shuttle stop is right outside the complex, so getting to the slopes is easy. - Slopes – Under a mile to the Quicksilver Lift & 1.2 miles to the BreckConnect Gondola - Shuttle – The Ski & Racquet Stop is right outside the complex - Main Street – Less than a half mile to South Main Street, Breckenridge
Parking information
- One space in the carport. - Parking is never guaranteed and is always “first come, first served”. Please contact us to confirm how many parking spots will be available for your property. Parking is very restricted; however, there are numerous fee-based parking lots throughout the area.
Getting to the property
- Breckenridge and the surrounding areas offer rugged and mountainous terrain. We highly recommend all-wheel-drive vehicles for your own safety. - AWD/4WD vehicle is recommended between November 1st & May 31st.

The property is stocked with:
- High-end bed linens and towels.
- Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
- Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
- Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
- Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)
These sundries and linens are not replaced during your stay.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Primary renter must be 25+; some properties require 30+.
- Booking guest may need photo ID and must be present at check-in.
- Limited to the confirmed guest count; guest names and ages may be required.
- False-pretense bookings or HOA/rule violations may result in fines, eviction, and forfeiture of rent.
- Personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial/promotional use requires prior written approval; property-related content must be removed upon request.
- Most properties have exterior entry cameras for security and rule compliance.
Events & Noise
- Parties & Events: House parties, weddings, receptions, and similar gatherings require prior written approval.

Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Allowed only at designated properties. Unauthorized pets: $1,000 + cleaning costs; may result in eviction and forfeiture of rent.
- Smoking: Prohibited in all properties. Violation: $1,000 + cleaning costs; may result in eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Equipment & Amenities
- Mountain Access: AWD is strongly recommended; some properties require AWD much of the year.
- Parking: Most condos allow 1 space; parking may be first-come, first-served and is not guaranteed. Some complexes charge daily fees.
- Air Conditioning: Not available at most properties.
- Pools & Hot Tubs _(if equipped)_: Community amenities may have seasonal closures.
- Hot Tub Temperature _(if equipped)_: Keep below 104°F.
- Hot Tub & Fireplace Risk _(if equipped)_: Use at your own risk; children must be supervised. Guests with relevant medical conditions, pregnancy, or medications should consult a physician before use. Do not use while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Firewood _(if equipped)_: Generally provided where applicable.
- Audio/Video Equipment: Do not move or disconnect equipment or cords.
- Maintenance: Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly; photos may be requested.
- Mechanical Failures: No refunds or rate adjustments for equipment or mechanical failures.
- Amenity Variations: Amenities, furnishings, décor, and configurations vary by property.
Check-out & Care
- Check-In: After 4:00 PM MST; access may be delayed by cleaning or maintenance. Paid early check-in may be offered 48 hours before arrival, if available.
- Check-Out: 10:00 AM MST. Late departure: $500 + $500 per additional hour. Paid late checkout may be offered 48 hours before departure, if available.
- Cleaning: Leave the property reasonably clean; excessive cleaning, including hot tubs _(if equipped)_, incurs additional fees.
- Furniture: Keep furniture in its original location.
- Departure: Start the dishwasher, dispose of trash, lock doors/windows, leave beds unmade and linens on the floor.
- Supplies: Initial household supplies and linens are provided but not replenished.
- Damage: Report damage promptly. Damage beyond normal wear is charged to the card on file.

- Guests assume risks associated with snow, ice, extreme temperatures, rocks, and uneven terrain.
