Things you need to know

We have updated our housekeeping services. All short-term rental guests receive housekeeping services every other day, with guests of economy and standard rentals receiving trash and towel service and deluxe and luxury guests receiving full housekeeping service. All reservations of 6 nights or more in any category of rental receive a mid-stay linen change. Reservations of 30 days or more in any category of rental receive a full cleaning and linen change once per week.

Guests receive complimentary Aspen airport transfers, free Wi-Fi, housekeeping, concierge services, and 24/7 maintenance support.

Complimentary access to local health club facilities. Passes can be obtained from any front desk during regular business hours.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
  • Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
  • We reserve the right to show any unit for rental or sale on a 24-hour notice from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. We will make every effort to contact the guests and arrange the showing with them.
  • Please be courteous to our owners and use the locker area for sporting equipment such as skis, snowboards, ski boots and poles, bicycles, cleated shoes, and all other outdoor items. These items are prohibited from the lodge rooms. Using the locker room instead of your condominium for storage helps to keep your room neat and tidy.
