Neighborhood: Baytown - Located on the third floor. - Within walking distance to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Whether you’re looking for a great meal, you’re in need of some retail therapy, or looking for a way to entertain the kids, you’ll find it all in the Village.
Parking information
- Parking Fee Will Apply. $10 per reservation, good for length of stay. Once the reservation is made we will register you and an email will be sent to you for you to register your vehicle and pay for your parking pass. - You will be given a parking pass at the Security Gate for the gated Resort properties upon initial Check-In to the Property. The parking pass will be valid for your entire stay and must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle. - The following vehicles are not allowed on the Resort Properties: RVs, motorcycles, trailers of any kind, unregistered, non-Sandestin Property Owner golf carts.

My family of four really enjoyed this property. The unit has everything you need. Full kitchen with necessary utensils, washer/dryer, large bathroom, passes for the shuttle, clean, modern, and a short few steps to the Village Baytowne Wharf. There is a very nice pool just across the courtyard. This property is situated in the Grand Sandestin area of the resort, kind of behind or off to the left of the Effie Hotel. It feels secluded, and we enjoyed that. To get to the ocean you will need to take the shuttle, or drive over to the other side of the resort, across the main road that separates the resort. There is a walkway tunnel, but it is a long walk from the elation, but totally doable for those healthy, regular, daily exercise folks.

Things you need to know
This property offers a Beach Closet stocked with complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella for use during your stay.
Your reservation includes a one-time linen and towel set-up, an initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the Rental Property. Rental Property has the right to charge for lost or damaged linens.
Bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken out of the Property.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Additional occupants must be approved and additional charges may apply.
- Guests and any invitees of Guests shall obey all of the laws of the state of Florida and local laws, at all times while they are on the Rental Property including common areas of the resort.
- No underage drinking or partying is allowed.
- Most rental Properties are located within neighborhoods controlled by a homeowner or condo association. The associations have rules and regulations in place to keep all Owners and Guests safe, and these rules must be followed at all times. If rules are not followed then the Guests will be responsible for actions and/or fines enforced.
- All Properties are NON-SMOKING PROPERTIES. Violators will be charged a fine of $750.
- Pets are NOT PERMITTED in Rental Properties under any conditions unless Rental Property is designated as pet friendly. Violators will be charged a fine of $750. If a pet causes damage in a non-pet friendly Rental Property you will be held responsible for the cost of any damage caused by a pet.
- No gas or charcoal grilling allowed in Rental Property or on balconies unless Rental Property is designated for grilling.
- There may be a swimming pool and/or hot tub located in the neighborhood or on the premises of some of our rental properties. NO lifeguard/safety personnel are provided. Use the pool and other amenities at their own risk.
- Diving or jumping into the pool or hot tub may result in head, neck, or spinal injuries. As the renter, you accept the risk of the pool and specifically agree that no minor will swim in the pool unaccompanied by an adult.
- Pool is to be used by registered Guests and Guest invitees only.
- No glass is allowed in pool area. There are no pool hours at private home pools, however, please be considerate of neighbors.
- Neighborhood pools will have rules posted with varying hours, and all rules should be followed.
- Please rinse off sand using outdoor shower before you enter the pool and when returning from the beach.
- Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level.
- Weddings and special events must be approved by the Owner and homeowner's association. Payment of additional fees and an additional written agreement is required.
