It is also just a brief walk or bike ride away from iconic local dining spots like The Red Bar and Chiringo.
Parking information
Dedicated on-site parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that the garage is strictly reserved for owner use and is completely unavailable for guest parking or access.

This is a relatively new home situated in the central part of small town Grayton Beach. Approximately one block from the beach boardwalk. Extremely easy walk to the waters edge. Partial view of the Gulf from several windows (best from the third floor “crows nest”). All bedrooms on the first floor. Large open living space, kitchen, dining and great room on the second floor. Lovely high end appliances complement the kitchen. Ample parking for 3-4 vehicles. Community pool adjacent to the house was well maintained. Minimal use by other families. We found only two items that needed to be repaired. The support staff were very responsive to our onsite needs.
