Reviews
Stephanie Vanderhagen
Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids, stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate my 70th birthday and we all enjoyed it so much! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was enjoyed by all! The location was fantastic, quick walk to the gondola to go up the mountain or down to the village. The management company responded immediately to any questions or issues. Would definitely stay here again if our whole family comes back to Breckenridge!

This home offers access to the town’s groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems — giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.
The private Shock Hill Gondola stop has seasonal closures, typically from mid-April to July and again from September to November, or until the ski resort opens for the winter. The gondola is generally open during July and August for summer operations. For the most up-to-date hours and seasonal closure information, please visit the Breckenridge Ski Resort website before your stay.
