95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.
75% Refund: Receive a 75% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 46 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

- Occupancy may not exceed the posted maximum for the home. Infants and children count toward the limit.
- Door codes and arrival directions will only be provided after the booking contract is completed, photo ID is received, and full payment is made.
Equipment & Amenities
- Not responsible for failure of home equipment or services, including HVAC, refrigerators, cable, or internet, but assistance with repairs may be provided when reasonably possible.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Guests assume full responsibility for securing valuables.
- Not responsible for any accident, injury, illness, or property damage occurring during the stay.
- Not responsible for unavoidable events beyond control, including acts of God, strikes, fire, flood, terrorism, war, riots, government orders, pandemics, travel bans, or airport closures.
- Not responsible for inconvenience caused by nearby construction or building work.
- If the booked home becomes unavailable due to maintenance issues or homeowner cancellation, a comparable substitute may be offered. If the substitute is higher value, an additional fee may apply. If no substitute is available, a refund will be issued.
