Neighborhood: Hapuna Estates - A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Black Sand Beach, Private Beach 69, and of course two of the best beaches in Hawaii right on the resort; Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach. - The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. - Within 10 minutes drive is three high end shopping complexes, Queens Shops at Waikoloa, Kings Shops and the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

We enjoyed our stay at Hale Kailani. The home was exactly as pictured. Modern, sleek, spacious, and very clean. Home was well equipped. The backyard / pool and hot tub had amazing views. Was a treat to watch the sunset from the house. Neighborhood is very quiet. Appreciate this house being at the end of the street and seemingly more private. Appreciate that Jeff and Suzanne were very responsive.

We provide laundry detergent, oxyclean, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, jet dry, cling wrap, foil, zip lock bags, assortment of spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, popcorn, starter bag of pure Kona Mountain coffee (the good stuff), hand soap, Dove soap bar, high end Float shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, two extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and two paper towel rolls. We have a clean fridge policy so upon check-in, the fridge does not have any condiments.
