Parking information
One parking spot in a shared garage with front lower unit. The garage is very small and tight. Compact cars only, larger cars will have to find street parking. Only two small cars will fit and even then it will be a tight fit. Additional free parking be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets. \*Please be aware there is construction next door. City construction hours are only allowed M-F 7am-5pm

Really thorough and the process was easy. The place was in great condition. There was some damage to several of the blinds, but we came to California to be active and out and about. That did not bother us one bit. This company is immediate on their responses and gave us the ability to have a much needed week getaway. Things you need to know
The home is supplied with a limited stock of paper goods and soaps to get most families through at least the first few days of their vacation. This initial supply will not be replenished or restocked during your stay, but should include most or all of the following: Paper towels, toilet paper, tissue boxes, liquid hand soap, body wash for the showers, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, sponges, and trash bags.
You will be supplied with a full set of sheets & towels.
You will be supplied with cooking supplies, dishes, and dishware.
Hair dryer, iron, board, extra pillows and blankets will be provided.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please be aware there is construction next door. City construction hours are only allowed M-F 7am-5pm.
- Please close outside umbrellas after every use to prevent it from tipping over and breaking, so guest do not incur charges.
- Any damages, lost items or cable/pay per view charges will be charged to the guest.
- Please observe all street signs regarding street sweeping days.
