This newly built home with mountain views from the main bedroom and patio is only 10-15 minutes from some of the best bars, breweries, and restaurants Asheville has to offer, 15 minutes from the Biltmore Estate, and five minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Be sure to take advantage of the inviting amenities such as a community pavilion, grills, fire pit, and gaming green space within easy walking distance. Boswell Home is a one-level home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms that sleeps seven people comfortably. Please note, there is a small step to get from the driveway to the entrance of the house. Step into the home through the yellow door and spend some quality time in the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. Cozy up around the fireplace after a day of exploring Asheville or the waterfalls of the blue ridge parkway. The smart TV above the fireplace can be pulled down and is connected to a sound system for the perfect movie night with your preferred streaming service. Not up for a movie? Bring your friends or family closer together while playing a round of Jenga, Clue, or Monopoly. The kitchen provides a Keurig Duo coffee maker, a French Press, a coffee bean grinder, and an electric water heater for your morning coffee or an evening cup of tea. It is also well equipped for enjoying home-cooked meals at the large live-edge dining table with your family and friends. The front of the house has two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The front bedroom with its twin over full bunk bed is ideal for kids or a couple. It also has a desk in case you need to get some work done or want to write a postcard. The middle bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a smart TV. At the far end of the house, you’ll find the main bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Watch the sunrise behind the mountain from the queen-sized bed and catch up on your favorite show with the 50” smart TV. The back of the house also offers a laundry room and leads to the spacious, screened patio with a mountain view. Soak in the sun with a latte from the coffee shop down the street or a glass of wine on the L-shaped patio set.
