KEY Curation Notes

Ground-floor living steps from the pool. This first-level condo has no stairs. The heated community pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills sit just outside the balcony, and the complex gym is around the corner.

Two king bedrooms plus a queen sleeper. Each bedroom has a king bed and its own smart TV. A queen pull-out sofa in the great room brings capacity to six.

A kitchen stocked for real cooking. The fully equipped kitchen and dining table suit an extended stay. AJ's Fine Foods, Safeway, and Starbucks are all close by.

North Scottsdale base with quick access to the Loop 101. WestWorld, TPC Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale Quarter are minutes away by car. One reserved covered parking space is included, with additional guest parking on site.

Set up for longer stays. This home has a 21-day minimum, and stays of 30 nights or more unlock the lowest nightly rate. Electricity is capped at $275 per month, and any overage is billed after the stay.

Perfect location! Move in and you have everything you need to relax and enjoy your time. Beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfortable! We really enjoyed the patio every morning drinking our coffee and the pool was right there within steps! Definitely recommend! Cheers!

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

Primary renter must be at least 25. Guests under 25 may stay without a parent/legal guardian only with prior written approval.
No additional overnight guests beyond the approved reservation. Violations may result in cancellation and eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay and for complying with all applicable HOA/CC&R rules and restrictions.
Property may not be used for illegal or immoral activities or in any manner that damages or disrupts neighboring properties.

Events & Noise

Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction, cancellation, forfeiture of rent, and applicable HOA fines.
Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours, and comply with community HOA/CC&R restrictions.

Prohibited Activities

1 dog allowed with prior management approval only. No cats. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.
Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Smoke odor detected after departure will result in a minimum $500 cleaning charge.
Hazardous, poisonous, corrosive, or flammable substances that could endanger the property or neighboring properties are prohibited.
Illegal activities are prohibited.

Equipment & Amenities

Pool & Spa _(if equipped)_: Use is at guests’ own risk; children must be supervised around water.
Pool Heating _(if equipped)_: Paid pool heating is set to 85°F and must not be adjusted. Guests are responsible for misuse or damage to pool/spa equipment. No refunds are provided for pool/spa heating.
Propane Pool Heating _(if equipped)_: Guests are charged for the exact propane used, based on documented metered usage.
Initial bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies are provided; guests supply additional items.
Mid-stay maid service is not included but may be requested for an additional charge.
Authorized personnel may enter for maintenance, damage inspections, or emergencies.

Checkout & Care

Departures after 10:00 AM incur a fee equal to 50% of one night’s stay.
Keys and/or door codes are provided at check-in.
