The view is absolutely stunning and the home was spotless. We also enjoyed that there were beach accessories like a cart to carry stuff and extra umbrellas and chairs. Was a very nice surprise. We also appreciated all the extra soap, shampoo, towels, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. it really makes a company and home stand above the others when those little things are done.

Guest Check-In and access to TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort begin at 4 PM CST. Please check in with the Guest Services Building located at 9011 US HWY 98, Miramar Beach, FL, 32550. The following morning, please return to the Guest Services office to complete your registration.

This condo has access to the elevator building.

Rental includes linens, towels, and iron.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
