Parking information
- During the reservation and/or check-in process, you have been made aware of the maximum number of vehicles permitted at the Property during your stay (depending on the home, 2 to 5 vehicles may be allowed). - The parking rules and regulations are enforced by the resort or community in which the Property is located, with towing and imposition of a fine being potential remedies for failure to comply with the parking rules. Property manager is not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of your failure to comply with all applicable parking rules and regulations. - Parking of RVs, campers, and trailers are prohibited. - Beginning December 15th, 2025, a daily parking fee will be charged for each vehicle parked at the resort.

Things you need to know
Meals and snacks are on tap whenever you want ‘em, thanks to your own, fully-equipped kitchen! From high end appliances to a full stock of cookware and tableware, you’ll have everything you need to cook up (or warm up ;) a feast. And for an added plus, this space is easy on the eyes, with its sleek light gray cabinetry, white countertops and island, stainless appliances, and modern hanging fixtures.
Property is equipped with a basic starter supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies; however, you are responsible for purchasing and/or supplying all further supplies required for the duration of your stay.
Beginning December 15th, 2025, a daily parking fee will be charged for each vehicle parked at the resort.
Pool heat is available throughout your stay for an added fee.
This villa is equipped with one Pack n’ Play & 1 high chair (additional are available for rent).
The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with essentials to get you started (perfect for when those flights arrive late in the evening!); plan to purchase additional items for the balance of your stay.

Theme Parks Shuttle Service: As a guest of Villatel Orlando Resort, you'll have access to shuttle service to and from Disney World and Universal Orlando. Multiple shuttle times are available daily; reservations are required to ride!
Activities & Programming: Take advantage of a range of complimentary and ticketed activities, hosted at the resort's amenity center and available exclusively for guests. A link will be provided upon check-in to explore and reserve activities available during your stay—from poolside family trivia to arts and crafts, outdoor movie nights, and more.
Services & Add-ons: We offer a selection of services & add-ons to maximize convenience during your stay. Those include daily or mid-stay cleanings, baby item rentals, cabana rentals, and more.
Restrictions
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Bookings that are made by persons who do not meet the minimum age are void and unenforceable.
- You must comply with all of our rules and regulations and any other applicable rules, including those of any available amenities in the home and/or community. Any failure to adhere to the Property Rules, community rules or any other terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement will result in a cancellation of your booking without refund and, if you are already on site, the requirement that you immediately vacate the premises and remove all of your possessions from the Property.
- Your reservation details specify the maximum number of occupants permitted at the Property.
- Hosting parties, gatherings and events at the Property is strictly prohibited without the prior written approval of property manager.
- Please be respectful of your neighbors. Any noise disturbance that is unreasonably loud, raucous, jarring, disturbing, unseemly, or a nuisance is strictly prohibited at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in (a) a minimum fine of $500, in addition to any other fines imposed by County regulations and/or (b) an immediate cancellation of your reservation, following which you will be required to vacate the premises and remove all of your possessions from the Property.
- Thermostats in the Property may not be set below 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Appliances should be used only as intended. You should not tamper with or disable appliance.The self-cleaning cycle should be used infrequently. If appliances are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
- Trash must be placed in bags and disposed of in designated bins. Do not flush any object down the toilets except toilet paper because major damage is likely to occur. You are solely responsible for all damage incurred as a result of foreign objects placed in or flushed down toilets which is discovered during your stay. Removal of excess trash is solely your responsibility. If you generate oversized or excess amounts of trash during your stay, you must promptly remove it from the Property yourself, or you will be subject to a fine imposed by Villatel and/or the community in which the Property is located.
- You are strictly prohibited from bringing any rental equipment, generators or supplemental appliances onto the Property without the prior written approval of property manager.
- Cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued.
