Kitchen: The kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the open-concept main living space, making it ideal for shared meals and effortless entertaining. Its central layout keeps the Gulf-front scenery and surrounding coastal beauty close at hand.
Outdoor Space: The private gated grounds feature a Gulf-front infinity-edge pool, direct beach access, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and sea turtle-friendly landscape lighting. Multiple covered porches offer beautiful spaces to enjoy morning coffee, Gulf breezes, and sunset views.
Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day between Oct 1 - May 1.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Age Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name before check-in.
- Maximum Occupancy: Guest counts may not exceed the property’s maximum sleeping capacity. Unregistered overnight guests are prohibited.
- Guest Accountability: The primary renter must be present for the entire stay and is financially responsible for missing items, stained linens, broken furniture, and other property damage.
- Approved Use: Reservations are non-transferable, and subleasing is prohibited.
- Occupancy Violations: Violations of maximum occupancy limits or HOA rules may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
Events & Noise
- Events: Large gatherings, house parties, weddings, and commercial events are prohibited and may result in immediate eviction.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise ordinances and neighborhood rules must be observed.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Animals are prohibited unless specifically authorized as part of a pet-friendly reservation and the applicable pet fee has been paid.
- Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are prohibited inside the home, on balconies, and on porches.
Equipment & Amenities
- Starter Amenities: A complimentary starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries is provided. Additional supplies are the renter’s responsibility.
- Maintenance Access: Management and authorized vendors may access the interior or exterior of the property for urgent repairs or scheduled pool and lawn maintenance.
