KEY Curation Notes

No direct beach access from Prominence — half to one mile to the nearest public access; the included six-seat golf cart and four bikes cover the trip. The Watersound beach access immediately nearby is a private members-only club — do not attempt to use it.
Balcony directly overlooks The Big Chill — one of only five units of this type on the south side of 30A; restaurants, boutique shops, outdoor entertainment, and the LED screen are visible and walkable from the front door.
Two community pools — one zero-entry, one heated seasonally; HOA controls the heat schedule and can change it without notice.
Both bedrooms are kings — primary has an en-suite bath; second bedroom has its own bath with tub/shower. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room brings capacity to 6.
One parking spot per unit — confirm with the PM if bringing more than one vehicle.
Complimentary daily golf year-round, plus dolphin cruise vouchers March–October.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Re-arrangement of existing furniture is prohibited and may cause for additional fees charged to your credit card.
  • Pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent in addition to additional cleaning charges of $500. This is strictly enforced.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our rental homes and condo units, including balconies and porches. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
  • Use of barbecue grills is not permitted in any apartment or condo property. Many condominium complexes have community barbeques located on the premises. It is a violation of the fire code to do so and can result in eviction.
  • Only guests registered with KEY may occupy the rented property. No other guests are permitted inside or to stay overnight without prior written permission. The number of occupants cannot be more than the state amount as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
  • KEY is not responsible for any personal belongings of the vacationer or their party.
  • There are no refunds for inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to air conditioning, power, cable, internet/wi-fi, elevator, pools, hot tubs or construction projects. No refunds or credits will be made to guests for weather-related issues or closures, including hurricanes and/or mandatory evacuations.
  • WI-FI Internet is available and will accommodate an average of 3 devices per unit. Because individual device settings may not be compatible with the internet service settings in the property, we cannot guarantee the reliability or connectivity of internet service. Limited tech support.
  • The maximum number of guests per home is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that home or condo unit. Children under 3 years of age do not apply. For your comfort, bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
