Parking information
- Parking for two vehicles available. - The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

85% Refund: Receive a 85% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 15% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
A full set of bed linens and bath towels are provided.
A starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing and laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap will be provided. It is the responsibility of the guests to supply additional house amenities for the duration of their stay.
Construction notice: the lot to the left of the property, in Seaside, is under construction. Please note construction equipment will not be in Watercolor but all that separates the lot and this home is a beach boardwalk.
Guests can enjoy complimentary rides anywhere in WaterColor using the on-demand WaterColor Trolley, available through an app in your app store.
WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address. You may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts. This home does not provide extension cords for charging. You would be required to provide an extra long extension cord in order to plug the golf cart into the home.
10 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
Two beach sets are included with rentals (March - October 31st).
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- At least one adult age 26+ per six (6) guests age 25 and under must stay for the full reservation. ID is required.
- Occupancy may not exceed the home’s approved limit. Exceeding 1.5× capacity requires prior approval. Unauthorized guests may result in eviction.
- Guests are responsible for the home, contents, and conduct. No subletting. Furniture may not be moved.
Events & Noise
- Weddings, parties, and gatherings are not permitted without written approval.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Prohibited Activities
- No pets. $500 fee + cleaning costs and possible eviction.
- Illegal drug use, underage drinking, or criminal activity results in immediate eviction.
- Fish cleaning is not permitted inside or outside the home. $500 fee + cleaning costs.
Equipment & Amenities
- Amenities vary by property and community. Only listed amenities are included.
- Pools, Towels & Keys _(if equipped)_: Bath towels may not be used at pools or beaches. Lost pool passes or keys: $50 replacement fee.
- Bicycles _(if equipped)_: Use at guest’s risk. Bikes must be locked and stored properly. Lost bikes: $150 per bike. WaterColor: improperly stored bikes may incur a $40 recovery fee.
- Beach access to the East of the home between Seaside and Watercolor is not for guest usage and is for Watercolor homeowners only.
Checkout & Care
- Trash must be removed and dishes started. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
