KEY Curation Notes

The beachfront resort fronts a wide stretch of white-sand beach with private beach access, and this west-facing unit frames Gulf sunsets from every living area. Pier Park's shops, restaurants, and theater are about three-quarters of a mile away, with ECP airport 15 minutes out.

The resort packs in a deep amenity list: two seasonally heated outdoor pools with Gulf views, a heated indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, steam room, and sauna. An on-site movie theater, Starbucks café, restaurant, and game room round it out.

Two bedrooms and two baths sleep six across 1,182 square feet, with a king in the master, a queen in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen opens to a breakfast bar and dining table, with an in-unit washer and dryer and a private balcony.

Parking is in a garage across the street, reached by a second-floor skybridge, with passes pre-registered for around $55 for a two-bedroom and picked up alongside amenity wristbands at the resort desk. In a 30-story tower, the shared elevators back up around the 4 to 5 pm check-in and 10 to 11 am check-out windows.

WiFi is available but not guaranteed, so pack a hotspot if remote work or streaming matters on the trip.

Parking information

- All guests must pre-register with the resort. Sooner is better since there are additional fees (and long lines) associated with registering late. Preregistering means wristbands are programmed, and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You’ll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor. - The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below. - Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed. - No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense.

Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. At check-out, please return all wristbands to the same reservation desk where you picked them up. You’ll find the return box at the reservation desk on the 2nd floor of the resort.

Like all high-rise buildings, Tidewater can experience longer elevator wait times during peak hours—especially around check-in (4-5pm) and check-out (10-11am). This is largely due to the use of luggage and grocery-style carts, which take up significant space and limit the number of passengers per ride. Many guests find it helpful to avoid using the elevators during these busy times when possible. A little planning can make arrival and departure much smoother.

For the security of our guests and the safety of the resort, there are external security cameras located in the garage.

Loading and Cart Info

There are 30-minute loading/unloading spaces available on the second floor of the parking garage near the skywalk. Feel free to use one while moving your belongings in or out of the condo.

Luggage carts and grocery-style carts are available to help carry items. Note that luggage carts do not fit inside the condos, but you can leave them just outside your door while unloading.

Please return carts promptly after use so they’re available for other guests.

Equipment & Amenities

Wi-Fi: Provided as a convenience; not guaranteed. No refunds for outages.
A/C _(if equipped)_: Keep doors/windows closed when running. Recommended setting: 70–75°F.
Park only in designated areas. No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles unless approved. Towing fees are guest responsibility.
Amenity Wristbands: Required at Tidewater. Lost wristbands: $25 + tax each.
Amenities: Availability may be affected by HOA/resort maintenance, inspections, or closures. No refunds for interruptions.

Checkout & Care

Leave the property in reasonable condition. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, and excessive cleaning.
Do not rearrange furniture.
Bag all trash. Do not place large items or cardboard in trash chutes.
Left-behind items may be returned at guest expense; unclaimed items may be discarded after 30 days.
