Our home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system for your security and peace of mind.

Linens and towels were provided.

While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however it is available at an additional rate.

Pool heating is available if requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is an additional $100/night and if requested, will be required for the duration of the stay.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany their children under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present at the time of check-in.
The maximum number of guests for this property is limited to a specific occupancy. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money paid.
We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
All weddings and/or events must be pre-approved. A $5000 event fee will be assessed for any weddings or events.
