**Neighborhood: **Lost Trails - Nestled on a spacious 20-acre lot, this custom-built luxury home offers immense privacy and unparalleled panoramic views of Wilson Peak. It is perfectly positioned halfway between the bustling Town Center and the ski slopes, putting both major hubs within a convenient 10 to 15-minute drive.
Parking information
The estate features a spacious, 3-car heated garage along with an expansive driveway that accommodates multiple additional vehicles. Please note that because of the property's mountain terrain and winter weather, a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle is strictly required for safe access from October through May.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Spacious living areas feature vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a separate family room with a cozy gas fireplace and balcony access, creating inviting spaces for relaxation and gatherings.
The gourmet chef’s kitchen features luxury appliances and ample space for preparing meals and entertaining. A second fully equipped kitchen in the upper-level apartment provides added convenience for larger groups.
Surrounded by breathtaking views of Wilson Peak and the surrounding mountain ranges, the home offers exceptional privacy in a peaceful mountain setting. A balcony provides a beautiful spot to take in the natural scenery and fresh mountain air.
Special events, celebrations, and large gatherings require special approval and need to be approved during the booking process - You may put down a 50% deposit, if the event is not approved we will release the funds.
We highly recommend a 4-wheel drive with winter tires in the winter months (October-May). We don't believe it's a necessity for the summer months but do find it a good idea.
Like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

Summer guests are encouraged to participate in good ole' Montana A/C, which opens windows at night and closes them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at home as well.
SKI ACCESS – We cannot guarantee the snow conditions at the time of your rental and are in no way liable for snow conditions that contribute to limited or restricted ski access.
Most cell phones get good reception, but please check with your service provider to determine coverage.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Maximum Occupancy: Limited to the number listed in the property description and booking invoice. Exceeding it without written consent results in immediate termination, eviction of all occupants, and forfeiture of all rent paid.
- Approved Use: Residential use only.
Events & Noise
- Events: Large gatherings, parties, and commercial events require formal, separate approval before booking.
- Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud or disruptive behavior affecting neighbors is not permitted.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: No animals of any kind without prior explicit authorization from management.
- Smoking: Prohibited inside, on, or near the property; $150 ionization and deep-cleaning fee.
- Fireworks: Prohibited anywhere on the property at all times.
Equipment & Amenities
- Air Conditioning: Not provided. Cool the home using windows and blinds.
Checkout & Care
- Furniture: Do not move furniture between rooms.
- Cleaning: Leave the home in reasonably clean condition.
- Weather: Secure all windows and doors during inclement weather.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Injuries & Damage: Tenant assumes all risk of personal injury and property damage during the stay and holds the owner and property manager harmless.
