The upstairs primary suite provides a private escape with a plush king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom with full-over-full bunk beds offers a comfortable setup for families or friends traveling together. Days can be spent lounging by the community pool, casting a line by the lake, or enjoying the nearby white-sand beaches and Gulf breezes just across the street. Across the street from the Gulf. The beach is a short walk, not beachfront. Pier Park's shopping and dining sit under a mile away, making this an easy car-light base for Panama City Beach.

Tranquil lake view with on-site fishing. The complex backs to a quiet lake where fishing is permitted with a valid Florida license. A genuine differentiator in this market — most PCB rentals lean fully into the Gulf.

Two bedrooms, two baths across two stories. The upstairs primary has a king and en-suite bath, offering real separation from the rest of the home. The downstairs second bedroom uses full-over-full bunks, sleeping four and flexing well for families or two couples.

Community pool, no private pool. A shared pool serves the complex for a leisurely dip between beach days.

Recently renovated kitchen, fully equipped. Modern finishes and full cookware mean you can comfortably cook in. Starter supplies are minimal — one bag of coffee, two K-Cups, a couple of dishwasher and laundry pods, and basic bath toiletries. KEY.co grocery delivery can stock the kitchen before arrival.

Parking information

- Parking is 100% complimentary for your entire stay, saving you the high daily parking fees or garage pass costs typically found at large high-rise resorts nearby. - Onsite parking spaces are situated directly within the residential condo complex grounds. - While parking is plentiful, spaces are typically limited to a maximum of 2 standard vehicles per reservation, aligning with standard complex capacities for a 2-bedroom rental. - Large commercial trucks, trailers, boats, and RVs are strictly restricted from the complex parking lot.

Things you need to know

Starter sets include : 1 bag of coffee, 2 K Cups, 1 bag of popcorn, 2 coffee filters, 4 individual serving creamer and sugar, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, small set of cleaning wipes, and a small bottle of dawn. Each bathroom includes : 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 lotion, and 1 bar of soap.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve and check in unless approved in writing. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
The guest is responsible for all occupants, reservation charges, payment compliance, and adherence to all rental policies.
Property may only be used for vacation purposes. Valid photo ID, selfie, and names of all occupants are required.

Equipment & Amenities

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee upon approval and subject to availability, and are generally unavailable during peak periods unless confirmed by the reservation team.

Specific homes, unit assignments, furnishings, décor, views, and amenities cannot be guaranteed and may change prior to arrival.
Management reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations if the reserved property becomes unavailable due to maintenance issues, property sale, owner withdrawal, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond management's control. If comparable accommodations are unavailable, guests will receive a full refund.
Check-in readiness may be delayed due to cleaning, maintenance, inspections, or unforeseen operational issues. Refunds, credits, or rate adjustments will not be provided for delayed access.
