Parking information
- There is a garage with room for 2 cars, and room for 2 more cars to park outside. A max of 4 cars may be parked in and at the property. No more than two cars may park outside the houses at any time. It is a shared driveway, so please do not block the neighbor's access. The road to the house is one-lane, and cars may not park anywhere along the road. Guests are expected to be respectful of area residents when driving and walking in the neighborhood.

Things you need to know
We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags that is good for one or two nights. But if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
Hot tubs are professionally serviced between rentals.
Stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
Towels and linens will be provided.
We do not provide hair dryers.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Internet is currently DSL and is adequate for checking emails and general web browsing but not for streaming or gaming activities. Depending on your carrier, your cell phone may or may not work in this location. Verizon is the best coverage here, and if your plan supports it, you can use your phone as a hotspot.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
