KEY Curation Notes

A 6-seater golf cart and four bikes are included with this five-bedroom home, with transportation covered from day one.

The house sleeps 16 across five bedrooms: two king beds with private en-suite baths and balcony access, a third king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk room with two full-over-full bunks sharing a full bathroom on the second floor, plus a half bath on the main level. The open main floor centers around a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a living area with a 75" TV.

Two resort-style community pools (including zero-entry for kids) serve as the main water amenity. Heated pool availability is HOA-controlled and subject to change without refunds.

Beach requires a short drive (5 to 10 minutes); Deer Lake State Park is the primary public access point with capacity limits. No Watersound Club beach access included.

The Big Chill, Prominence’s town center with live entertainment, restaurants, and shops, is steps away. Included: daily free golf at four courses and seasonal dolphin cruise/snorkel vouchers via Xplorie. Starter supplies are minimal; KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery.

Please bring your own beach towels and do not use the bath towels at the pools or beach.

WIFI can accommodate an average of 3 devices. Because individual device settings may not be compatible with the internet service settings in the property, we cannot guarantee the reliability or connectivity of internet service.

Restrictions

Please leave the condominium reasonably clean and in damage free order. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is not left in reasonable order.
Please start the dishwasher upon departure, clean off all food from kitchen utensils and cookware.
Trash must be secured in a plastic bag and disposed of in the conveniently located trash chute on each floor.
Please gather all bed linens and leave them on top of the bed. Please leave all towels on the bathroom floor.
Re-arrangement of existing furniture is prohibited and may be cause for additional fees charged to your credit card.
Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
The property is not responsible for items left behind.
Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our rental units, including balconies and porches. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
