Parking information

- Single car garage (6’8 H x 14’6 W x 17’6 D). It may not be suitable for large or lifted vehicles. - There is limited additional street parking or parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.

Things you need to know

Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).

Exterior-only window washing occurs every Monday, usually mid-morning.

San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30 pm-6:30 am.

A complimentary starter pack of amenities including rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and detergent is provided. You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
This home can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a 6-7 adults recommended.
No parties or over-occupancy at time. A charge of $250.00 per person per night will be assessed for each unapproved guest.
Guest hereby assumes all risks arising out of unforeseen occurrences not under the control of Management.
San Diego has a strict noise ordinance that must be followed. Loud noises, music, and/or loud vehicle noises are not permitted
No smoking anywhere on Property, including exterior areas. If smoking occurs on the premises, the Guest is responsible for any damage caused by the smoking including but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, removal of debris, and any third-party complaints and related damages.
There may be construction ongoing at properties adjacent to or close to the property being rented by Guests. The rules regarding acceptable noise levels, start and finishing times, and other restrictions relating to any such construction are governed by local ordinances and/or community-specific rules and regulations beyond the control of the Management and Owner.
Guest is solely responsible for any lost, stolen, or abandoned possessions or items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days may be donated or sold, or otherwise disposed of in compliance with California law.
Management is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries. We do not recommend shipping items to your rental home.
Fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises, including, without limitation, minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
Any internet, TV, cable, or satellite subscription services are provided as a convenience only and are not integral to this Agreement.
Do not use the property for any commercial use.
Guests who bring an authorized pet to a property would be responsible for any damages caused by a pet, including any additional cleaning fees required at the end of the stay to prepare the property for incoming guests.
Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without a refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
