Loved this very clean and updated condo on a private drive with a full time security guard who takes his job seriously. While still in the heart of 30A, this condo feels like it is on an island all its own. The private beach made each day enjoyable and peaceful. Chairs/umbrella were provided and the property was safely gated. Parking was strict and golf carts are NOT allowed on the property, however, you can still park them on the street outside of the gated lot if you do end up renting a golf cart FYI. The easy access to the beach from our balcony was wonderful, the appliances were new, beds were comfortable, many beach toys were provided in the balcony closet, and views were incredible. Will certainly rent here again.

Things you need to know

One complimentary beach set up (two chairs and one umbrella) from March 15th until Labor Day.

This rental is located on floor 3 but there is an elevator within the building which will take you up to the third floor.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
  • Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
  • Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
  • Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
  • The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
