Parking information
- This property comes with 3 designated parking spaces. - This home permits a maximum of 3 vehicles through the community security gate. - The Watersound HOA has set the number of designated parking spaces for each home, and only that number of vehicles can be permitted through the community security gate. Unfortunately, additional vehicles will not be allowed past the gate, even for quick unloading or drop-offs.

Great property overall - would suggest moving the pool alarms out to the screen porch doors, so that renters and owners could open the inner doors to the screen porches without the alarms going off. We couldn't enjoy the outside air while having dinner in the dining room. Other than that, everything was great.
