This modern cottage, situated just four houses away from the beach on West Ruskin Street, offers a tranquil coastal retreat and inviting outdoor spaces for relaxation. Upon arrival, you'll find a private driveway with space for two cars. Step onto the open-air front porch, adorned with comfortable lounge seating and Adirondack chairs for a delightful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Step inside and be greeted by an open floor plan featuring a beautifully renovated kitchen and stylish furnishings throughout the entire home. The ground floor of the cottage boasts a spacious living area, complete with a large sectional sofa, two club chairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV—an ideal space for family movie nights or board game sessions. Adjacent to the living area is a dining table that comfortably accommodates eight people, overlooking the modern kitchen. The kitchen itself showcases a center island with stone countertops, pendant lighting, and additional bar seating for four. With stainless-steel appliances, including a large double door fridge, a beverage fridge, and a wine fridge, the pristine white kitchen is a chef's dream. The first floor also features a convenient half bath for guests and a laundry closet with a full-size stackable washer and dryer. Guests can access a private screened-in back porch from here, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Additionally, the first floor houses the first bedroom, a queen-sized room with a private bathroom boasting ample storage, a marble single vanity, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. As you ascend to the second story, you'll discover three more inviting bedrooms. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, custom built-in wardrobe closets, and balcony access. The third bedroom serves as the king master suite, complete with an ensuite bathroom. This spacious master bedroom includes a closet with generous storage, new furnishings, and access to the front balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful cottage right in the middle of Seaside, Florida and 30A. What a great location! It is only 4 houses to the beach. We loved the front porch for enjoying our coffee in the morning and refreshments in the evening. It truly was a great setting for our family trip. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Thank you to the property management company for helping us find this gem and getting us acclimated to Seaside!

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • 2 parking passes for two bedroom and larger homes issued. A golf cart is considered a car, and for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
  • Saturday-Saturday 7-night min. rentals during Summer; 5 night minimum in Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.
  • The cottage may not be sublet, and your booking is not transferable to any other party.
  • Strict parking limits apply per property. The Seaside Town Council will only issue 1 parking pass per one bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes per two bedroom and larger. Smolian Circle is now paid parking for day visitors and does not allow overnight parking.
  • The Seaside Town Council does not allow golf cart rentals nor renters to bring their own golf carts when visiting the Seaside Community. If a guest in your party has specials needs, and requires a golf cart, please contact Homeowners Collection to secure a permit for the golf cart. The golf cart will count as one of your allotted parking spaces.
