Multiple sliders grant easy access to your private deck and pool area, while a spacious screened-in porch provides a tranquil retreat for outdoor dining and relaxation. Retreat to the Primary Bedroom, offering a luxurious King bed, LCD TV, his and her closets, and an expansive en-suite Primary Bath. This beautifully updated sanctuary includes a dual vanity, a rejuvenating garden soaking tub, and a separate, generously sized walk-in tiled shower. The First Guest Bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen bed and an LCD TV, while the Second Guest Bedroom features two Twin beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for everyone at your party. 25% Refund: Receive a 25% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 65 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 75% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Bed linens and bath towels are provided in each rental. A standard supply of towels consisting of two bath towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person (not to exceed maximum occupancy).
Towel bundles and additional linens can be provided for a fee.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please do not use home or villa linens as beach blankets.
- Pool heat is not available with this home.
- All of Agent’s accommodations are non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will be addressed through “Damages”, as outlined above and be the responsibility of Guest.
- No motorcycles, motorized scooters/skateboards of any kind are permitted. No RV’s, campers and trailers of any kind are not permitted in gate areas. Off resort storage arrangements must be made for boats, jet skis and kayaks. Also, no commercial vehicles with any type of company signage or wrapping allowed.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival by Guest for villa/condominium rentals and 60 days or more prior to arrival for private home rentals, will receive a refund of any deposit paid, less an administrative fee of $75.00. Any other cancellation on the part of the Guest will result in the forfeiture of any and all deposits or payments, which will be retained by the Agent and Owner as liquidated damages.
- Guest agrees to keep and maintain the premises in good condition at all times. Upon vacating the premises at the end of the rental period, the Guest agrees to leave the premises in reasonable and neat order with all doors and windows locked and all keys returned to Agent's office before check-out time. In the event Guest fails to leave the premises in the condition described above, Guest agrees to pay for any additional housekeeping services if required.
- Guest agrees to be responsible for any damages to the Premises, including its Contents, that occur during the rental term due to Guest's negligence, misuse or abuse of the Premises, with the cost of all such damage to Guest. The
- Guest's credit card information will be retained for this purpose. A $250 authorization will be taken at check in as a security deposit, in lieu of the $100 authorization for incidentals, unless Guest opts to purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan.
- Due to unforeseen mechanical, technical, and service related problems with utility services such as, but not limited to, electric, water, sewer, telephone, cable television, and internet, Agent will notify the service provider and/or try to correct the problem in a timely manner, but Agent, nor Owner, will not be held liable for damages, delays, or discomfort related to interruptions out of their control. Agent, nor Owner, will not be held liable for any system error, system crash, or malicious attacks on any technical device owned, or operated, by Guest due to the use of the internet, either in Premises, or from surrounding area.
