The first floor includes three guest bedrooms, a wet bar, and a pool table, blending entertainment with comfort. The third floor presents the crown jewels of the home - two primary suites with stunning Gulf views and lavish ensuite bathrooms. Throughout the house, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure guests enjoy a stay that combines the comfort of home with the indulgence of a high-end vacation rental.

Gulf-front with private beach walkway. A dedicated walkway leads directly from the property to the sand; complimentary beach chair service includes 12 chairs and 6 umbrellas, available March 1–October 31.

Private pool and sitting spa on-site. Pool and spa heating is available at $50/day; pool and spa must be heated together and cannot be booked separately.

Three-story layout sleeps 34 across six king bedrooms and multiple bunk rooms. Most king bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; the third floor has five sleeping rooms, nearly all en-suite.

Private elevator connects all three floors. Laundry rooms on floors one and three.

Six-person golf cart and four bikes included. Both are available for exploring the surrounding area.

Entertainment room on the first floor with a pool table and wet bar opening directly to the pool deck.

Elite Experience Package included. Two daily tickets per booking to attractions including a water park, dolphin/sunset cruises, parasailing, and championship golf rounds at four courses — up to $1,150 in daily value; some activities are seasonal.

Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, laundry detergent); additional groceries will need to be sourced. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before arrival.

Guests & Occupancy

Primary renter must be 25+ and stay on-site each night; no exceptions.
Maximum Occupancy: Overnight occupancy is capped at 34 or the listed “sleeps,” in accordance with fire code and owner requirements; daytime visitors are permitted without limit as long as the overnight maximum is not exceeded.
The primary renter is responsible for all occupants and adherence to house rules.
Residential use only; additional terms outlined in rental agreement.

Events & Noise

Event Policy: Beach weddings permitted with a valid county permit; no additional event fees.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere on property (house, balconies, yard, driveway).
