Mountain Time Lodge at Eagles Nest, nestled in The Farms of Eagles Nest, epitomizes luxurious mountain living. This newly constructed retreat boasts six exquisite ensuites, with the main level featuring two regal king suites. The primary suite offers a lavish soaking tub and a meticulously tiled shower. The great room is the heart of the lodge, where a bold granite island with bar seating anchors an open kitchen and a spacious living area. An expanded dining space comfortably accommodates ten guests, making it perfect for family gatherings and celebrations. The upper level unfolds into two wings, each hosting a queen suite and a charming twin-over-full bunk suite. A loft area above provides additional entertainment with plush seating, a television, pool table, and foosball. Outside, the deck features an inviting fireplace and rockers that offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The landscaped yard includes a firepit with ample seating for cozy evenings under the stars, while the front patio boasts a brand-new hot tub. KEY Curation Notes

6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, sleeps 14, and every bedroom has its own en-suite. Two kings on the main level — the primary with soaking tub and tiled shower — plus two queen suites and two twin-over-full bunk suites on the upper level. A genuine differentiator for groups that don't want to share bathrooms.
Private hot tub on the front patio, outdoor fireplace and rockers on the deck. The deck is oriented to the panoramic mountain views, and a separate firepit in the landscaped yard adds another outdoor gathering space — there's a lot of usable outdoor real estate here.
The loft is a proper game room. Pool table, foosball, and plush TV seating above the main living area make it a self-contained retreat when part of the group wants to split off.
The kitchen is built for a full house. Granite counters, an island with bar seating, and a dining table that seats ten — designed for groups that actually cook and eat together.
Eagles Nest amenities are included, with caveats. Access covers the Epic Chophouse, amphitheater concerts, hiking trails, ropes course, sports courts, mini-golf, and the 24/7 general store. The fitness center, Wine & Cigar Bar, and locked portion of Sportsman's Lodge are members-only. Winery day passes are $25 per person.
4WD required in winter; chains may be needed during snow or ice. GPS can also be unreliable inside the community — plan to read the arrival instructions before you drive up.
Active construction is ongoing in parts of Eagles Nest. Work is permitted Monday–Saturday 7am–7pm; noise is possible depending on which neighborhood is active during your stay.
Starter supplies are limited. Linens and towels are provided, but stocking a kitchen for 14 is a real errand. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery to the property before you check in.

We stayed at Mountain Time Lodge and had a wonderful time. The house was fully equipped with everything you need. We loved the amazing views and spending time on the back terrace. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and game area. Very clean and new home. We will be coming back soon!

Things you need to know

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus 6.75% tax per night.

Please note that this home have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

Kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals.

Towels and linens will be provided.

The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows.

Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Hot tubs are professionally serviced between rentals.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Age requirements: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on-site for the full stay.
  • Maximum occupancy: Occupancy limits (including children) must not be exceeded at any time.
  • Guest accountability: The booking guest is responsible for all occupants, compliance with rules, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized guests: $25 per person per day for exceeding occupancy; may result in immediate removal.
  • Approved use of property: Use is limited to vacation purposes unless prior written approval is obtained. Subletting or assignment is not permitted without written approval.

Events & Noise

  • Events & gatherings: Not permitted without prior written approval; unauthorized events may result in fines, immediate removal without refund, and charges for damages/cleaning.
  • Noise restrictions: Must comply with local noise regulations at all times.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Allowed only in designated homes with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning fee; may require removal or termination without refund. Pets must meet all listing restrictions and be pre-treated for pests.
  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $300 smoke remediation fee.
  • Illegal activities: Any violation of laws or regulations is prohibited and may result in termination of stay.
  • Fireworks & firearms: Strictly prohibited at all times.
  • Fire/fireplace misuse: No burning wood in gas fireplaces. No roasting food in fireplaces. Unauthorized outdoor fires prohibited (fees apply).
  • EV charging: Prohibited unless specifically approved; $500 fine.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Seasonal requirements: (if applicable) 4WD/AWD and/or tire chains strongly recommended November–April; no refunds for lack of preparation.
  • Hot tubs _(if equipped)_: Use at your own risk; not suitable for individuals with infections or open wounds. Must follow all sanitation and usage rules (no additives, glass, or tampering). $500 fee for cover damage; additional fees for misuse or extra cleaning.
  • HVAC & utilities: Some homes may not have air conditioning; no refunds due to weather or lack of AC.
  • Internet/TV/phone: No refunds for outages or service issues. Pay-per-view is prohibited; charges will be billed if used. Long-distance calls must not be billed to the home.
  • Appliances & equipment: No refunds for malfunctions (TV, hot tub, appliances, etc.).
  • Equipment reporting: Issues must be reported promptly; repairs will be attempted but are not guaranteed.
  • Parking rules: Vehicle limits apply; some areas restrict motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. No roadside parking if prohibited.
  • Restricted areas: Locked closets/areas are off-limits.
  • Firewood: Available for purchase ($25/day) with 7-day advance notice.

  • Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM (may vary up to 5:00 PM depending on home/season). No early check-in guarantees or compensation.
