Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. Great shops and eateries such as Ford’s Garage, Carrabba’s, Bonefish Grill, Miller’s Ale House, and Cracker Barrel are all within 10 minutes on Irlo Bronson/ 192.

Parking information

There are parking for five vehicles. There is some communal parking spaces scattered throughout the community should your five vehicles not fit in the driveway or garage.

Things you need to know

The fully equipped kitchen comes with dual fridge, stainless steel appliances, large island, and a spacious dining area.

This home will be stocked with a very limited starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

The pool and spa are located in the backyard can be heated for $40 per day. Pool heat is required to heat the spa as they cannot be separated.

All guests have access to the community water park however there may be a fee to enter set by the HOA.

Arrival details will be sent via email two days prior to arrival once all conditions such as full payment & signed rental agreement are satisfied.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • A rental agreement requiring signature will be sent to the confirmed guest after booking. A copy of this agreement can be provided prior to booking as requested
  • We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges.
  • The HOA requires all driver names (maximum of five) to be added to their system prior to arrival. Please provide these prior to arrival.
  • Pool and spa are available for guest use, guest assumes all risks related to the use of any provided pool, spa, hot tub and/or Jacuzzi tub, including any illness, injury and/or death.
  • Please be aware of your surroundings and keep the noise to an acceptable level and all times. There are full time residents nearby who are sensitive to above-acceptable noise levels.
  • Fireworks are not allowed.
  • Telephone availability at the property is never guaranteed meaning there may or may not be a telephone/land line available for use. It is strongly suggested that guests bring their own cellular phones, although cellular reception is also not guaranteed.
  • Guest agrees to abide by the maximum occupancy set forth in the arrival information as well as above in this Agreement. Visitors to Property are allowed but at no time shall the occupancy of the property be more than the allowed maximum occupancy as stated in the arrival information. Parking policies must continue to be followed.
  • Agent and owner will not be held liable for any and all lost or stolen goods belonging to guest during stay. Agent will make best effort to locate such belongings for guest with no guarantees.
