Absolutely loved this house. We have rented many over the years and this one stands out for: quality of construction, decor, and furnishings; convenient and quiet location close to towns, hiking, other activities; functional layout with 3 equally awesome levels; fantastic view; and incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Perfect mountain house for our family Thanksgiving vacation, and we hope to return.

Things you need to know
Well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
We do not require owners to provide hair dryers.
Towels and linens are provided.
Restrictions
- Minimum nights of stay vary by time of year.
- Firewood can be purchased at the time of booking or any point more than 7 days before arrival. $25 per day worth of wood, which is 2 bundles of split logs and a firestarter
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order. Please immediately report any equipment problems to the office.
- If you are not satisfied with the housekeeping upon arrival, please notify our office immediately. If the office is closed, please use the after-hours number provided in your arrival packet. We will send a housekeeper as quickly as possible. NO REFUNDS will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- Please be aware that certain communities have strict standards regarding the number of vehicles at a property. Some areas may not allow motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. You must adhere to these regulations at all times during your stay.
- Any locked closets or other locked areas are reserved for the storage of Owners’ private property. They are not included in this rental.
- Agent is not responsible for items left in rental units. In the event that Tenant leaves behind items of utmost importance, Agent will attempt to retrieve and return items at Tenant’s expense, but such retrieval cannot and will not be guaranteed.
- Tenant understands that Property is a privately owned vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue. If the Tenant wishes to hold any form of celebration, gathering, reunion, or other event at the Property, the Tenant must first seek written permission from the Agent before the reservation will be accepted or confirmed.
