- Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Old Town.
Parking information
- Parking available. - Many rental properties prohibit the onsite parking of recreational vehicles, and personal watercraft (boats, trailers, jet skis, etc.) and/or restrict the number of motorized vehicles per rental unit.

We stayed here with a few families for a baseball tournament we had in Arizona over Spring Break. It was the absolute perfect spot and I was getting messages from people back home as well as from the other families on the team for the information because it looked so beautiful and fun. Everyone had something to do! The kids swam, used then putting green, and spent hours playing basketball and pool. The adults hung outside watching March madness. The home was beautiful and homey. Highly recommend and we plan to be back!

Things you need to know
We provide sheets and bedding for all the beds. Towels for all the bathrooms as well as pool towels. There is a starter pack of paper products. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps to get you started on your vacation. It is up to the guest to provide for themselves after the starter pack of products.
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Daily turnover service is offered under the guest services at an additional cost.
A fee is required to heat private pools and or spas and must be added 7 days prior to your arrival date.
If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. During the colder season, this does not mean the pool maintains that temperature. The pool heat fee is $95 a night and applied to the entire stay.
Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
- This is not a house for parties or events. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the house rules must be followed.
- If the property has been found to be smoked in, a $1,000.00 fee will be assessed. If a guest chooses to smoke outside, all cigarette/cigar butts must be removed from the property. If butts are found on or around the property, an additional $1,000.00 fee will be assessed.
- One (1) guardian is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany their children under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present at the time of check-in.
- Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
- The maximum number of guests for this property is limited to a specific occupancy. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money paid. No more than 30 persons are allowed on the property at any time.
- A housekeeping fee will be added to all reservations, regardless of the number of nights booked. The fee will vary depending on the size of the property. This is applied for cleaning and laundry services upon departure. To avoid an extra cleaning charge: wash the dishes and leave the property in a neat and orderly condition. A $75 garbage removal fee will be assessed if there is excessive garbage left around the city-provided garbage cans.
- Most homes located in residential neighborhoods are controlled by a Home Owner Association. These associations have very strict rules that must be respected. Most violations warrant a fine that the guest will be responsible for paying.
- Radios, stereos, and all other musical or entertainment devices will be played in compliance with the decibel level. The decibel levels cannot exceed fifty (50) decibels between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. outdoors. Music played inside may not be heard outside of the property with the doors and windows closed. At 10:00 P.M.., all guests not staying at the property need to depart from the premises.
- All weddings and/or events must be pre-approved. A $5000 event fee will be assessed for any weddings or events. All events must meet local restrictions, HOA rules and follow noise restrictions. The guests are responsible for any permits necessary for beach weddings. Absolutely no more than 30 persons are permitted to be on the property at any time.
- Diving or jumping into the pool or hot tub may result in head, neck, or spinal injuries. The renter accepts all risk of the pool or hot tub and specifically agrees that no minor will swim unaccompanied by an adult.
- Pools and hot tubs have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. Vendors, and the Homeowner cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning pool or hot tub. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool or hot tub is not working properly. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning pool or pool heater and or hot tub. We will do everything in our power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.
